RETURNS

Your are entitled to return a product to Elegantaste where It is returned within 14 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, and in a condition enabling the product to be sold as new.
  • You comply with the returns procedure set out below and none of the exclusions apply.
  • If you are entitled to return a product and have an account you can easily click on the return button for each item you want to return. The return button can be found by logging in to your account and to click on "View your order history" on the next page click on "view" for the corresponding order. The return button will lead you to the return page which will be filled in automatically.
  • If your are entitled to return a product and don't have an account you can go to our return page directly and follow the on screen instructions to select the items you want to return.
  • Once your return has been approved you will receive an email with shipping guidelines. 
  • Please include your filled in return form in your parcel. You can print the return page once its filled in.

EXCLUSIONS

The following products may not be returned under this policy:
  • Products that have been used, worn, modified or damaged resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents or normal wear and tear.
  • Products without tags. 

REFUNDS

You are entitled to a refund for your return, properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy. Your refund will be processed through the same payment method. Once your return has arrived back to our warehouse, we try to process this as quickly as possible, however we do suggest a 3 working day turn around. Sale items cannot be returned for a refund (credit or exchange only). this includes Black Friday offers

IMPROPER RETURNS

Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):
  • We will not refund, issue store credit or exchange the product.
  • We may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional costs for re-delivery of the returned product.
  • If we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.


ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURN?

  • It is your responsibility to return the item(s) to us as we don't offer free returns at the moment. 
  • We suggest to send the parcel back tracked and signed with a delivery service that will insure you for the value of the goods. 
  • Please keep your postage receipt once it has been shipped back to us.
