You are entitled to return the article(s), provided that they meet the following conditions:
  • The article(s) will be returned in the original packaging within 14 working days after receipt the order
  • The article(s) is/are in perfect condition and is/are thus unused, undamaged and unwashed
  • All labels and tags are still attached to the article(s)
We will thoroughly inspect all items that are returned so that we can assess whether the conditions have been met.

Returning with an account
If you are entitled to return the article(s) and you have an account, you can easily return the article(s) with the help of the return button. The return button can be found by logging into your account and clicking on "My Order(s)". On the page that then appears, you can press "View" for the order in question. The return button will subsequently lead you to the return page.

Returning without an account
If you are entitled to return the article(s) and you do not have an account, it is best to go directly to the return page. Further instructions regarding returns can also be found on this page.

We would appreciate the addition of the completed form with the return. This form can be easily printed after entering all your details on the return page.  

  • We recommend that you return the article(s) signed and traceable with a carrier that can insure the shipment for the full value of the article(s).
  • Make sure to keep the proof of shipment after you have shipped the article(s).

You are entitled to a refund of the value of your order when the article(s) has been properly assessed by us and returned according to the terms and conditions. If your return is assessed as such, the refund will be paid via the payment method that you used to place the order. The refund will be made as soon as possible. Please allow a period of at least three working days for this. The value of the accepted return may also be exchanged for other items currently offered on or exchanged for a voucher for

Articles purchased at a discount cannot be returned for a refund and are only eligible for exchange or a voucher for

If the returned article(s) is/are assessed to be unaccepted and or the conditions have not been met, the possibility of a refund, as well as the option of exchange and the option of a voucher will expire.

You will still have the option to receive the article(s) of the return shipment back. The shipping costs will then be paid for by you. 

It is your responsibility to return the article(s) according to the conditions. We do not offer a free return service.
